Heather Budgett was born in 1950 and studied art in Italy with Signorina Simi and then sculpture with Nigel Harcourt-Lees near Broadway, Worcestershire. She had her first London Exhibition with Malcolm Innes Gallery in 1978 and has subsequently exhibited her work at the Richmond Gallery in Cork Street and at the Society of Equestrian Artists Exhibition at Christie’s.
